If you are missing an item we apologize for the inconvenience. You have 3 business days from the receipt of your package to notify us of any missing or damaged items. We will request pictures of the damages and depending on the quantity will send you a return label for replacement, you will have 3 business days to submitted the required documentation. Please keep in mind that the replacement will not be sent out until we have received the item and inspected it. If you do not notify us within 3 business days or provide us with the required documentation within the 3 days your order will be considered accept “AS IS” and no replacement will be issued.

We process all order as soon as they come in, to ensure quick shipping please make sure that you have everything in your cart that you are wanting to order to avoid any delays with your order. If you forgot an item or made an error in while placing your order please contact us immediately at 866-898-1312 or by email at admin@vinylblissllc.com. We will do our best to assist you, but keep in mind it is not guarantee.

The vinyl we offer on our site is compatible with all cutters on the market. Some of the popular cutter are Cricut, Silhouette, Graphtec, Quickcuts, Pazzles, Xyron, Brother and all other Plotters available.

All colors on our site may appear different depending on your computer’s resolution, this can make selecting the correct color at time difficult. Since every computer is different we offer sample kits for the products that are available on our site, add one to your next order and you will never second guess a color choice for a project again.

We ship orders via USPS First Class or USPS Priority, you will be given options to select your prefer shipping method upon check out.

Absolutely, you may place your order on our site and select Local Pick up as your shipping method, we do not accept orders over the phone. Orders will be ready for pick up at our location at 5945 23rd St, West Park, Florida 33023 on Thursday between 11am & 12pm due to ongoing renovations. We are a warehouse facility which means we do not have a sales floor.  ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ONLINE, NO EXCEPTIONS!
